U.S. Orders

Orders will ship from our warehouse in New Jersey within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. USPS Ground Advantage shipping usually arrives 3-5 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on recipient’s location. Priority shipping usually arrives 1-2 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on recipient’s location. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, please contact customer service at info@gogemma.com.

Canadian Orders

Orders to Canada will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. First Class Package International usually arrives 11-20 business days after leaving the warehouse. Priority Mail International usually arrives 6-10 business days after leaving the warehouse. The USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times but please contact customer service at info@gogemma.com if receipt of your order exceeds the estimated delivery times.
